O well, I tried. Sorry folks.

In consolation, here are some random pics of Wolverine and Mariko running through the streets of Tokyo. I think these (or similar) have been around already, but I liked these:

Very sorry... i still dont know how to put pics here! Its from **************.com

Jackman is making a grumpy cat face. It's on the official The Wolverine Facebook page.

Jackman needs wires to carry a woman?

He was able to sing and carry Eddie Redmayne through a sewer in Les Miserables without them, so I don't think it's a matter of 'needing' wires, but more a matter of getting through an action sequence while carrying someone easier and safer.

Yep. Hugh's obviously a strong dude, so I don't doubt he can carry her, but if you have to keep shooting a scene again and again for hours, even a powerlifter would get tired of carrying someone around.

Not only that, we don't know if it involves some effect with her. Maybe something happens where she goes flying out of his arms, and at that point the wires would make sense.

My guess is that the wires are used to control a fall which ends with her being caught.

That was my assumption too.

Although I could see how they might use wires for him carrying her if he were running.

I saw the action figures at Toys R Us yesterday. Just a few - the Silver Samuari, Logan with a 'destroyer sword', the yellow costume Wolverine. They also had the 12" Wolverine that talks and slashes his claws.

But they also had Star Trek toys...so I got one of those instead. :oldrazz:

Went to see Star Trek and finally saw wolverine trailer at the cinema. At the end everyone was quiet. After that was Man of Steel trailer 2. Everyone reacted :(

I saw both trailers in front of my theater's sold-out first showing of Iron Man 3, along with trailers for Thor 2, After Earth, Hunger Games 2, and Star Trek. The only trailer that got any reaction was Hunger Games, and even that response was mild.

One audience isn't indicative of the entire planet. I've seen trailers for Man of Steel in front of nearly every movie I've seen for the last three months, and it's never gotten a response...even though everyone (myself included) is psyched for it, and it's going to be a huge hit.

Looks like wolverine is looking up at samurai in the new pic that was released today

Reusing the same pics again, this was on the official Wolverine FB page with the caption, "He'll heal, they won't"

What makes you think that?

Can I ask what you are expecting? The movie is still more than a month away. We've already gotten set reports, magazine covers and stories and interviews with Hugh, Mangold and some of the cast. I suspect something will be at ComicCon and you bet Hugh will be doing all the premieres and talk show rounds but that comes closer to the when the movie is released.

I'm not sure what else can be done at this point.
