Wait, wait a minute, I'm a bad Spider-Man fan because I said an ACTOR could've added more muscle mass? You have no idea how stupid you sound right now.
just stop talking dude, your embarrassing yourself

No, you're embarrassing yourself with that horrid grammar & lack of Spider-Man knowledge.

I really like that idea. Especially making the symbiote more of a character. An interesting angle to take with that, instead of just making it be a voice in Eddy's head, I would have it manifest itself to him.

For example. At the start of SM3, you always see Eddy talking to a nameless guy. Tells everything to him, and this guy is always with him. Then, as the movie goes on, you realize this other guy is the symbiote projecting itself into Eddy's mind and manifesting itself as a Person Eddy sees and talks to. Basically like someone with a split personality disorder, but it's not his own mind that's creating this other personality, it's the symbiote.

And if you were in the director's chair, I would happily write a script. I hope to be a published writer one day, and if I ever got to write a Spider-man story or screenplay, I would be absolutely ecstatic. :)

That's too deep for a summer movie. :oldrazz:

I agree with your views you have a link to in the sig. However in the perfect world of this imaginary Spidey 3, I would tone down the quips if he's already been through the symbiote. He would be at his peak with the symbiote. Only more mean-spirited quips.

Mind if I PM you with an Eddie-related item of mine?

That's an awesome idea, I'd like it if slowly you get visual hints that the person isn't there (odd reactions from people, reflections in windows not matching up.)
And visually he could look like an idealized version of the father he always wanted. Maaaaaan this would be awesome!

You never know, Mr. Brooks did quite well.

Yes, especially when Peter is fighting Eddie, I would have him be completely serious, because at this point Venom has already threatened Aunt May, MJ, all his family and friends basically. In serious fights (such as the final confrontation with the Green Goblin) I have no problem with Spidey being totally serious. He does that in the comics as well. But when some fights, like the first time he meets Doc Ock or Sandman, I would have him be quip happy, because the fight isn't personal....yet anyways.

And sure, I wouldn't mind a PM.

Ooooh! I never thought of that. That would be an awesome idea. I would have you actually see Eddie's dad when Eddie talks to his dad (and you see his dad is a jerk) and then when you see this mystery person I'd have the audience questioning a bit, because he would look similar to Eddie's dad, but much cleaner and well kept then the actual elder. Mr. Brock.

That was a great idea man!

Are you guys pitching ideas for a Spider-Man movie or a Venom movie? :oldrazz:

Hey you never know, Sony may be reading the boards :D hahaha

During that scene when Peter tells Eddie that he has to "take the suit off," I would've loved to have had Eddie respond with," Parker, the only thing I'm gonna be taking off is your head!"

Would have been agreat remark.

Really, the one remark I wanted to hear Venom say was....well it wasn't so much a remark....but I wanted to hear Venom say "we" and "us" when referring to himself. I wanted the movie to openly acknowledge that the symbiote was a sentient being that had it's own personality that affected Eddy's decisions personality.

"I like being bad. It makes me happy" was a million times lamer. What saturday morning cartoon villain did he steal that one from?

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of Eddie being responsible for his own actions?

I don't mean control him, just influence him. The way a friend can influence you into making a decision. It's still Eddy that chooses to carry out the actual action of what he's doing, but the symbiote is a voice whispering in his ear.
