Hey guys!

I have been on the Wolverine and the X-men animated series boards making custom figures. Then, Hasbro announces that the animated X-men figures will be 4". I was making them 5-6"and in scale with these Spidey figures. So, I will no longer be making those figures and I think I want to start making some Spectacular Spiderman customs.

I will look through all the parts I have and see what I can piece together. I will post some WIP pics soon.

I started a Vulture custom a few days ago and this is what I have done so far. I still have to figure out how to attach the wings and keep movement in them. I will probably make the wings out of vinyl.

Obviously the base figure is a Black Spidey. The head is from the Puppet figure from Batman EXP. The arms are from Toad from X-men evolution. The talons are from a Marvel legends X23. The rest is sculpted from Apoxie. Oh yeah, I made the neck from a elbow joint from the Marvel Legends Marvel Girl figure because I wanted Vulture to be able to look up, down, and all around.

sweet! I ordered Rhino, Lizard, Electro, Venom(skinny legs), Doc Ock, Spidey/Peter, Sandman, and Green Goblin figures from Ebay t:

I think I will have all the different characters released once those arrive because I already have a Black Spidey and a Red/Blue one.

I just need to get me the updated body Spiderman. You know, the one with the Electro-Blast gun or whatever.

And in the US, the first wave didnt sell well but the third wave with Rhino, Lizard, and Electro sold very very well.

Im suprised about the lack of info coming from Hasbro for all of their Marvel toy lines. Thats good news about the next wave coming in March.

I suspect that the next wave will hit March 1st with the rest of the new toys. Marvel Universe, Wolverine Origins, X-men animated, and possibly some Mighty Muggs are scheduled to hit March 1st.

nice! Gobby is by far the most accurate figure of the bunch and has pretty good articulation.

they have been out since October. Some stores who never sold throuhg the first series never got them in.

I think its funny that the venom in the show, the actual venom action figure and the image of venom on the back of the action figure's cardboard box....all look differen't from eachother. Althought the one in the show is the best of the three designs. He could use like 1 of 2 more teeth but other that ...kick ass all the way through

Did you know there was a second version of Venom released in very small numbers a while back?

Venom V2 had new thinner legs and new arms with smaller hands and no claws that was at least a bit more accurate to the show.
