The Twelve

Trying to get me back for all those times I insinuated that your "girlfriend" was really just your right hand? Keep trying, maybe you'll offend me.

I'm not trying to offend. Just making commentary.

So, let me see if I got this str8, a guy has an avvy that pays homage to the awesomeness of Buffie the Body's voluptuous ass, then makes a joke about how reading comprehension wont get you laid, in an effort to save face after getting pwned for not being assed to read every bodies posts, and that somehow leads one to believe him a Virgin?

Well, I guess i'm just a big ole Virgin. Maybe I am, considering I've only ever had anal sex anyway....:o

This sounds crappier and crappier everyday.

Yeah, if the guy that wrote Agents of Atlas was doing this, i'd be a little more excited. I may just wait for the trade.

You don't like any of JMS' stories? His current MK surfer is pretty great.

It's all right as a story unto itself. It makes zero sense when you consider the 616 Surfer's powers, though. I'm just glad it's not canon.

Jeff Parker ("the Agents of Atlas guy") would've been great for this.

It's like reign, diehard by-the-book purists hate anything remotely noncannon. It's more about an indepth look at the personality of the character and their motivations than anything else. Personally I'm loving the story.

I have enjoyed lots of his stuff. His ASM run (Outside of Sins Past and his contributions to the Other) has been the best i've ever read with Spider-Man in it. (But then again, i've never cared for Spidey all that much either.) He's a good writer, but not a great writer. And I just don't think this is the kinda thing he could pull off. Maybe he will. I don't know. Hence the "wait for the trade" comment.

I agree he generally writes Pete pretty well. I really liked his BiB arc with kingpin and loved his hydra arc.

I'm actually pretty pumped about the story. Everything I've read about it has sounded great.

Very glad Elektro won't be in CG in the comic, because blending the two ALWAYS looks bad, even in moving animation.

His design is what it is; a robot design from the Silver Age that has that special combination of clashing colors and 50's B-Movie design.

Well.... after looking through all this so far... i'm interested enough to keep checking the updates but I dont know if i'll actually pick up the comic yet.

Today is the day of the Fiery Mask!

He definitely has a Green Lantern vibe to his costume, what with all the clashing colors. I hate those pants, though. I've never understood those pants with wings on them. What do they put in there? Styrofoam?

Introducing... FIERY MASK! He's so gay that his mask is actually flaming!

The advantage of Blue Blade is that in comparison, NO HERO can look more flamboyant. None.

"Fiery Mask", eh? I do sense an Alan Scott vibe to this, but that's alright because Alan Scott did a lot for DC so I can understand Marvel wanting their own version.

Of course, we have another "mask" hero coming...
