Considering you're playing a, erm, Batman mob boss, is there really even that much more experience required? :o

:o Well not really but the more I get under my belt the better I'll be at playing him :o

Just so everyone knows, my only mob fiction experience is: Numerous Batman stories, and about 20 episodes of the Sopranos :o

I take pride of seeing every single episode of that awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, show.

And let me recommend various mob movies (Assuming you haven't seen them.)
The Godfather (Obvious)
The Godfather part II (Obvious)
Goodfellas
Casino
The Departed
Heat (Not really a mob movie but still a great film.)
Reservoir Dogs
Donnie Brasco ( I recommend the book as well)
Scarface, 1983 (A bit over the top.)
Scarface, 1930's (Classic)
White Heat and other Cagney films.

Never liked what I saw of the Sopranos.

BTW, guys, I probably won't get a post in any time soon; my mock exams are in a week's time, and these could get me into the sixth forms and colleges I have applied to (which means tons of revision and coursework deadlines). On top of that, I seem to have come down with a weak version of the flu, which isn't helping things much...

Dude, know what you mean. Mocks suck, I just took my first Science GCSE a week ago, good luck man.

I HAVE seen Reservoir Dogs... I bought Goodfellas and the Departed, I plan on reading and seeing the Godfathers.

The Godfather Trilogy is worth going bankrupt for. :o

Correction, worth selling your soul for.:o

A film series that has; Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Marlon Brando, Robert Duval, Diane Keaton, James Caan , John Cazale! Whats not to, I can't even come up with a word that sums it up.

I'm gonna' add Pulp Fiction to that, and call it a great list.

Finally got a Superman post up, in between writing all of my English Lit. crap.

I would include Pulp Fiction, but it's not really a gangster movie, it's one of my favorites but it's not really the whole a film about the mob, just gangsters being put in weird situations.

I see what you mean, but something told me it just had to be on that list. It's not your cliche mob/gangster movie, by any means.

These movies are newer, but I was still dazzled by Lucky Number Slevin and Eastern Promises. I technically consider Lucky Number Slevin a mob movie, since...well any of you who have seen it should understand.

Just watched the Departed  Ending caught me off guard a bit. Hell of a movie.

Apprentice applied for him, but never posted, to my knowledge. That's all that's been done.
