Aunt May knows Peters identity. **** got real in the past few episodes.

That is probably my favorite bit about the last batch of the new episodes.
And one of the best things the show did.

Agreed. I'm legitimately excited to see where the show goes next after this.

Are these new episodes airing in a regular time slot? Or are they available on another format, i.e. Netflix?

Have they toned down the cut away jokes since the first season? The first season seemed really focused on comedy, which I didn't appreciate, it seemed to dominate the show.

Has Dr. Strange shown up on this or any of the other current shows? I just realized it's been awhile since I've seen him onscreen.

Yes. Dr Strange is in episode #13 of season 1. The episode title is "Strange Days."

I just thought of Pawns of the Kingpin episode from Spider-Man & his Amazing Friends, that one moment with Spidey lying on Kingpin's parachute, Spidey thinks to himself; "If they give a reward by the pound, I'll be one rich Spider-Man".
And imagined how it would look like if they made that in the new show, with Drake's voice, and a cutaway sequence of Spider-Man throwing cash in the air.
Cutaway ends; "That won't be Ultimate Spider-Man like".

And whatever charm that bit in that show gets squandered.

A little.
Notable, but not big.

Yes, yes they have. The show has progressed alot since Season 1. Amazing how the first episode was great. But everything after that(to nearly everyone excluding me) was trash. But now people are starting to come around again.

They air ealy Sundays I believe with the other Marvel shows.I'd assume you can find them on Hulu, probably a few seasons on Netflix except for. But if you're really lazy, they're likely plastered all over youtube and the general web at this point.

Season 1 & 2 are on Netflix.

I've already watched the first two seasons via Netflix. I was only inquiring about the newest batch of episodes that are supposedly making up the final half of season 3. This show isn't nearly good enough for me to sacrifice my Sunday mornings so I'll probably just wait til they are either rerunning them in the evenings or up on Netflix.

Watching an episode a week is an easier task than binge watching a few episodes.

And that really speaks volumes as to the quality of this show. It feels more like work than something I enjoy to try and make my way through even one episode, let alone attempting to watch multiple ones back-to-back.

:funny:
Can't blame you for that.
I got fed up with how often he repeats; "the Ultimate Spider-Man"

They're probably plastered all over the internet. You could look them up.

So the Deadpool episode was pretty good. Maybe they should have done a Deadpool show instead. It would be like Freakazoid! with action.

What did you guys think of this shows portrayal of Norman Osborn?

I liked the Deadpool episode as well. And Spider-Man acts very similar to Deadpool in this series, so, yeah it would probably have worked out better if it was a DP show.

Not bad. He's smart, cunning, a bit of a sociopath, and is a crappy father...and seems to follow the USM comic Norman fairly well.

He's good, one of the highlights of the show.
I think he was stupid in wanting Ock to Goblin him up a second time, by going to him at prison, to be injected by the same formula, that for some reason Ock had with him there, and he did not learn from his mistake the first time.

Saw Inhumanity today, thought of it was pretty solid. Like seeing the Royal Family of the Inhumans, looking forward to their movie and more episodes in AOS. Cool reference to Miss Lion(dog from the 80' cartoon).

Rhino, one of the main Spider-Man villians is a classmate at Shield Academy. My prediction is that Ultimate Spider-ManSeason 4 will focus on beating the Sinister Six and making them classmates at Shield Academy

Guessing I am the only one who thoroughly enjoys this show. Along with my wife.

You're not the only one. If you were, this thread would have died out a long time ago. It sure isn't quitters like me keeping it going.
