Nah. It just didn't fit here... Rick was almost reluctant to tell them about what Jenner revealed. "We are the Walking Dead" is more of an angry statement. And I just don't think it would have fit the speech at the end.

Being that Kirkman himself is running things, I feel like he's got a good place in mind to drop that line somewhere.

Now that was a ****ing season finale!

I have been waiting for some killer episodes and we got them for the most part in the second half of the second season.

Overall...a very poor season IMO compared to the first. Hopefully season 3 picks back up and the writing picks up. Finale was pretty exciting but they have completely destroyed so many characters on this show. Out of everyone left I care maybe about 2 of them. I don't even like Rick anymore. Everyone but Herschel and Glen could die and I would be fine. All in all the whole farm plot line fell flat to me.

Well Herschel has had Rick's back for episodes now.

I think the rant probably convinced Daryl. He's ultimately too smart to just go off on his own - the chances of surviving solo ain't good. And he knows that the group needs more direction that it's had.

The final four episodes of the season were tremendous. The rest was terrible. I really hope next season the pacing is better...but I have a bad feeling that a good portion of it will be the group sitting in a prison instead of a farm house.
