I used to like Lori until she decided to go out and look for Rick getting herself in that car accident. I gave up when she acted all angry when Rick told her he had killed Shane, but I think they can still redeem her character.
I read in a few pages behind a Q&A with a writer and said that she was expressing her own guilt that she had internalized -- the thought of getting Shane out of the picture and the fact that she told Rick about it.
I didn't mind the car accident thing as much, though I did find it funny that she managed to wreck a car on one walker.
And yeah, I understand the reasoning behind that explanation, but I think they could have presented it in a way that didn't make her character extremely unlikeable. I agree that I think they could save her character. Like others have said, just the few scenes with Andrea since Dale died have me liking her character more. They just need to do something like that with Laurie.
That scene with the car just goes to show that women are really bad drivers.
I hadn't thought about Andrea, that's a good comparison. At some point all of the characters do something that drives me crazy but I am the viewer, of course I know better because it's all being presented for me on the show. Who knows how I would react if I was in that situation that they're going through, would be most probably dead by now.![]()
Is there a possibility that there are people who aren't infected with the turn into a zombie disease when you die or are immune to it?
My pet theory is that Ed from season 1 is immune to it. We never saw him turn, after all. Moreover, given his premonition that led him to dig all those graves, he may've been psychic. My thinking is that Ed's brain may be different enough that it isn't susceptible to whatever it is that causes someone to turn when they die.
This.
I'm wondering if when he said 'we all have the virus', does he just mean the group at the time? Or all of mankind? I say that 'cause Hersel and co weren't part of the group at that time...
That was Jim. Ed was Carol's husband.
Am I the only one wishing they filmed the tv show in black and white?
Megaton, you better put that in spoilers.
