Episode 5.03 - Four Walls and a Roof

Rick and the others find themselves pitted against a group of nasty people.

Trying to read the episode synopsis and figure out when they leave Terminus/Termites. Are the nasty people the termites? We already know they are nasty so if was them wouldn't it just pitted against a group of people? Episode 2's synopsis of supplies running low and a run would indicate they are not in Terminus anymore. Episode 4's seem they are back with the Termites but outside of Terminus.
