Correct, but it's something to think about considering Talion has mentioned Young Avengers on more than one occasion. Besides, we've gotten so many amalgamations of characters that she may not even be Ms. America (America Chavez) but rather someone like Kate Bishop mixed with her.

Anything is possible and that's proven with Ned "Ganke" Leeds.

I agree but I was thinking of the actress rather than Marvel/Sony. If you're familiar with Zendaya at all, I doubt she would take an opportunity from a Latina actress.

Yeah. Or she's playing a version of Aleksei Sytsevich but with the personality of Eddie Brock and powers of Flint Marko and is named Michelle "Theopolis" Dewolff. She'll be right at home with Ganke Ned, Sally Betty and Laura Lynton Sally Avril.

Yeah its funny to see people taking him seriously. He wants some attention and is taking advantage of the mystery of the comic book characters in the film.

To those who've been here for a while and know Talion, have any of his previous assumptions been correct or not?

Talion is just a man that is also a Marvel and Spider-Man fan that with observation and help of some well placed connections uncovered who was cast for Spider-Man almost one month before the information was officially released. I don't live in the US, I don't work with press for a living but had luck getting information from the right people at the right time. Since then I talked with some people close to the production and all I'm saying is that Zendaya is not playing Mary Jane. You are free to don't believe me. Many didn't believe me last year when I said that the Reddit guy wasn't credible, that he was just playing people with the Dylan O'Brien non sense. Others didn't believe me when I got info on actors of the shortlist before it was out. Many didn't believe me when I said that Rowe was out, and he was since the famous auditions last year. And yet, here I am getting treated like that dude or DBS. I do see the irony.

What I'm saying, with no "escape route" wordings like ElMayimbe and DBS used about recent drafts is that Zendaya's character is not Mary Jane. Period. My reputation here on it. She isn't. She never was considered for that role. She is playing someone else. Her name is Michelle.

But the most interesting question is... who is Michelle, and if she isn't MJ, what is the mystery? I'm just course correcting the speculation and the expectations. Matter of fact, PLEASE don't believe me or anyone else for that matter unless you have official confirmation from Marvel and Sony themselves, just be prepared to be surprised.

Also, limitating the speculation for young characters that were on Young Avengers of this new incarnation of Champions would be a mistake. Spider-Man is a 28 year old in the comics, but his MCU counterpart would fit right in a version of those teams if Marvel wanted to. But I'm glad to see that people are starting to get that this might not be your plain ol' Spider-Trope kind of film. This is the MCU, and how amazingly big it is (big isn't a pun or a hint guys c'mon she is not Cassie Lang). Now back to the job that pays the bills.
