^ Eh...I can agree about the other characters being different, but Liz is basically Liz. It's Raimi's MJ that subbed for Liz in the first place.

I really don't think Zendaya is Mary Jane anymore. I wouldn't mind her playing this new character Michelle, but if she's being set up to be the main love interest of the MCU Spider-man films (which I suspect she is), i'm going to be incredibly disappointed.

which is why we needed a more faithful version of MJ this time around.

and yeah, it would be a waste and shame if new character Michelle was setup as the main LI for this series.
