Did Hemsworth have trepidation knowing he'd have to appear in Avengers as well as Thor? Hemsworth: "Um... nope! Where do I sign?" He says its the same mixture of enthusiasm and competition. The Avengers are "these incredible characters that have been established on their own -- throw them together, and you have one hell of a story." He says that Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans are really excited about being involved.

Hemsworth said he's gotten some idea of how the Thor movie might tie into Avengers, but they've been so consumed by Thor they don't have too much information. He adds he couldn't say too much about the Avengers film plot-wise without them having to recast him!
