I feel the indigestion coming on. Dude, the battles were a hell of a long time before then. I know who fought the battles. You started them, and not much else. Credit needs to go where credit is due. I certainly don't take any credit, but I sure as hell know who deserves it.

When it comes to Marvel and DC, there are fanboys from both sides. There is no mutual ground where they are concerned.

^ I disagree a bit. I have to agree Batman Begins was far superior to FF and FF was a mediocre film but I also understand the reasoning why the studio played it safe the first time around. The origins are out of the way and the demand is obviously there so the risk/reward factor is more predictable so Fox should allow Story more freedom this time around. Remember it's Tim Story who got Silver Surfer in this film. Avi and company didn't want it till after the origin film but an origin film wouldnt sell without the FF intro.

It is...but it got that way last time and nobody here is NOT at fault that time...if they were there. We all baited, flamed, and got a bit too heated. I think some people from the BB boards were having a bit of fun with all the negativity around FF. Some of it deserved...some of it was just trolling.

I agree with AVEITWITHJAMON's basic point that Fox are not to be trusted
I don't care about accuracy and the like to the comics as i separate the two mediums but having seen what they did to F4,X3,DD and the Aliens franchise on a filmic level quality wise i worry that they will not make the best FILM possible

I have said in every one of my posts that i want this movie to be good and think it would be if Fox didnt meddle, but they have a history of it, so i dont see why they wouldnt do it to this movie. Thats ALL i was saying. I dont mind change in CB movies, but the changes in X3 were TOO FAR IMO and i dont want the same to happen here. So i guess i should apologise for stating my opinion huh?

I think the majority here have no problem with your opinion. The fact that you keep whining about not being free to state is alittle much.

I agree with you. I fear that the both the Surfer and Galactus will be screwed.
