Tom Hiddleston: Loki Redux - Part 2

So, Frigga is the only one who still loves and believes in Loki, no surprise there. I am really hoping that we get at least one or two emotional scenes between Loki and Frigga, especially if Frigga is on the chopping block in this film.

I would love more scenes with Frigga and Loki. I was extremely disappointed when they shortened Loki's talk with her in the first movie. She never got enough screen time, IMO.

It seems to me like Frigga is more or less taking Sigyn's role in the MCU, well minus the creepiness factor of Loki falling in love with Frigga and marrying her of course. In the MCU it's Frigga who has been his support and well of unconditional love in spite of all the terrible things Loki has done.

But no matter how much love Frigga gives Loki, it seems in terms of bringing about Raganarok he is the chosen one handpicked by fate to be the destroyer of everything.

I'm actually curious to see if this film will answer as to how Loki still feels about his adoptive mother since she's really the only one so far that he has shown no hate towards within the last two films that he's been in.

Some have suggested that the biggest or one of the reasons why Loki agrees to help Thor is because Loki actually still cared about Frigga and is saddened to hear that Malekith killed her (assuming if she does die)

It`s so predictable. The "unconditional mother`s love" + some kind of complex to adopted child "loved but not enough". Road to failure.

I find it more interesting when mother is the first to understand that her child should be put down and is her who should do it. It`s rare and people tend not to react well to it.

The first thought that came to my mind: Smosh has their own magazine? I guess I'm really stuck in a Time Warp when something like this has me scratching my head in confusion. These kinds of things just did not happen when I was young.

I'm quiet in that I've been reasoning in my head such pervasive Tom Hiddleston obsessions aren't healthy. I'd been thinking that there is a very hideous, possessive dark side to this particular fandom for some odd reason.

Yes, I like it much better now! Before it seemed like an "oh look at this spunky heroine" type thing, which makes me want to barf in spite of the humor. Now I don't have to reach for a barf bag when this scene comes up!

He used her mentor and friend as a mind slave, attacked her homeworld, tried to kill her and her friends, and tried to kill her godly BF repeatedly. Yeah, I'd say that she's pretty pissed at him, no surprise there.

Personally, if the D3 Expo is any indication, I think Tom would be pulling for Christina Hendricks to be the first choice to play the character. I admit she does have that vavavoom exterior to pull it off.

Reading up on Amora aka Enchantress, but Loki can't win at all! She's only interested in Loki because he can get her closer to Thor.

Hah! Yet another reason for Loki to despise his brother - especially if he lets his guard down and falls a little.

They are more like "friends with benefits" than couple in any sense.

I am not sure if in comic they have ever had sex at all. He slept with her sister Lorelei but about her I not so sure. He tried to make a move on her but she told that they are to much alike so this not going to work. She and Karnilla are only ones in Asgard who could be considered , even with a stretch, as Loki`s friends.
Both are womans and mages and have interest in his brothers Thor and Balder.

Yep, not very successful in comic (in some quarrel with his wife he told her that he just returned from Karnilla with whom he had sex, on what Sigun laughed and retorted that the Norn Quinn will never lay with some one like him) but he even have eye of a Storm. But that again every man/woman/alien have an eye for Ororo.
