I love Terrance, he has a great speaking voice but the dude's a bit long in the tooth to be playing a baddie in an action adventure film.

Remember in the glimpse of the future we saw his cape did have one...interesting.

Don't understand as well why he would be given a cape? I guess all will be known in due time.

On another note..WTF with Singer wanting Stamp as Zod? Can't help but think that was some playful talk on set that someone overheard and took wrong.

It's hard to say whether there is an on that, can't tell from those images, but on Singer using Stamp as Zod.

The guy's too old and if MOS is still going to happen, can't Bryan make his own superman movie without stealing from Donner?

The cape is a gift TO Clark; he's not going to give it to his dippy cousin. It IS a "costume" in context with the episode's story however. IOW, there's no \S/ on it. I doubt it will become Superman's actual uniform cape, but you never know. It does give Clark ideas, and you'll see from his reaction in the episode that the wheels will be turning in his head when he holds it.

I love the bright crimson color, the fact that this cape is cloth, and it looks lighter than a feather. Go Smallville!!!!

No. I think it means the show is steering Clark towards Superman.

I thought I saw a photo with Kara and a cape, and I believe it was on last nights episode, but I didn't watch it yet. DVR.

I think that scene was cut, which is probably a good thing 'cause it didn't "fit."

There will be a character in an upcoming episode who wears a cape and tights however. He's been established in show canon as "Warrior Angel." See the "Action" thread for more spoilers on the episode. Many of us are really looking forward to it - for obvious reasons.
