Yet you can't stop thinking about it.
I hope to god no one ever posts these pictures again. After seeing them posted over and over for like five years, each time is like a slap in the face.
I think they were from '98 or something.
EDIT: Never mind, I found a website claiming they're from a 2002 article. Justice League started in 2001. I rescind all previous comments. Go about your business, citizens; nothing to see here.![]()
why everytime DC tries to do something like marvel the fail horribly (What if Stan Lee created...)
I doubt they'll use John's JLU costume for a movie. Hal is obviously going to be the GL for any movie because he's the most recognizable and the one whom all the people in power like. I think they'll probably just stick with his updated quasi-original look, too.Its interesting that the JLA cartoon, Bruce Timm's, created a Green Lantern costume that is so popular that DC turned it into John's regular costume and it has influenced Killowog's costume too, and that ultimate DC almost used the exact look from the cartoon, and it might be a look that could make it into a Green Lantern movie (or a JLA movie).

Yeah, I guess it's possible John might be used. JL/JLU showed that he could still be viable. I don't know if they'd make him the star of a solo movie, though. I think we'd be much likelier to see him in the JLA movie than in a GL movie, unless he's Hal's partner or something.
Hardly anyone knows who Static is, so he wouldn't sell, which is why you don't see merchandise for him. Not cause he's black.Hollywood thinks that white people are inherently more marketable than black people. That is the reason they will use Hal if they use him. Because he's white and he'll make more money off of white kids who want to be him. When was the last time you saw a static shock action figure? Exactly.

Commissioner Gordon looks like MLK.
