Sorry things are taking so long for me to respond to anything but my internet situation still sux.

Anywho I am still thinking that we use Xavier as a GM controled character with bunny permission allowable upon request. I will also be letting you boys and girls know what I have had planned as soon as I have a meeting of the minds with my other GM's. You guys expect a PM real soon in refrence to those ideas.

Just to throw my two cents in, it really doesn't seem practical to have Xavier GM controlled. I mean, conversations that would move a player's solo-arc along that could be done in one post would take a lot longer. And asking for bunnying permission doesn't seem feasible either, since it'll just end with everyone asking to bunny him every time he's used.
