What character should Marvel films tackle next?

Iron Fist- the new tournament arc is really interesting. I would love to see it put in film. Include Luke Cage as a supporting character. Im just sick of origin stories and guys jumping off rooftops.

Captain America- this should have been done at the beginning of the comic movie trend. Im all for the period piece idea. Place him in the middle of WWII.

Terror,Inc- bear with me. Marvel should go back to basics. Give themselves time to get their act together after the strike. Force this into production. Get Terry Gilliam on board. Hes got great vision plus a personal relationship with Johnny Depp who could play Terror.He can definitely play the attitude and normally prefers odd characters. Cut back the budget so Terry relies on more practical effects so Brothers Grimm doesnt happen again.

Deadpool- Fun character. Blowout action.

I know theres lots of fan loyalty, completely understandable, Ijust dont see how some characters like Cloak and Dagger can go to the big screen, its just more of the same. I think some comics, especially super heroes, can be taken in different directions kinda like Super Max. Or instead of having Iron Fist jumping over rooftops and fighting crime, you can adapt the recent tournament arc that has been really good. Not to target anyone, completely understandable that you would want to see your fave hero portrayed on the big screen, I kind of want to be proven wrong, I just dont know how it would work?

Correct me if I'm wrong but if Fox is having DP in X-men Origins: Wolverine then they have the rights, so Marvel can't make a DP film as of yet?

If they plan of doing a spinoff then no marvel can't make it and fox will have the rights so except crap you guys.

Lol Yeah i was just looking about the Wolverine boards people are dead excited that Deadpools in it but Fox is doing it so this character they've been waiting for will not be giving the justice he deserves but hopefully Fox will step up and do justice with his part.

Depends on the writers they get, I'm feeling weird about this Wolverine movie already, I feel like they are putting in characters that have no reason to be there, when were beak, gambit and the blob in wolverine's past pre the x-men movie were they even born.

Yeh it seems like they took the two most likable characters Magneto and Wolverine imo from the X-men franchise and are basically milking them for money.
Wolverine is turning more into X4 don't you think?

yeah, why would beak and gambit be in a Wolvy flick, I can see adding The Blob for some villians but they could have just done an X-men 4 like you said.

I think if Marvel did this film it would have been a lot better to do the Wolverine Movie in WW2 have Nick Fury from Iron man (if he's in it ) and the Howling Commandos maybe even a cameo from Captain America. Just to establish how old Wolverine is. Then maybe have Weapon X in the sequel.

I think Fox realizes how X3 was received and is trying to please Fan Boys with Deadpool - Ryan Reynolds and Gambit. The film could be amazing or a totally flop. With the casting it's looking amazing I'd say. When Fox tells us the running times 90 minutes then i will know its failed. Best get a good 2 hours.

I am still excited for Deadpool's apperance but I hope the movie is at least 2 hours and 10 minutes. But I don't want it to be boring. I've never seen any of Gavin Hood's work but he seems like a good director, I heard his last film was really good.

Dr. Strange is probably their next biggest character after the Avenger batch... but Hawkeye and Black Panther solos are musts... and a Dare Devil reboot eventually... then Cage/Fist... after that they can do whatever they want...

Here's the thing though. These are supporting cast members. They won't get nearly as much focus as Wolverine. I mean the movie can't be just Wolverine talking to himself for 2 hours. There has to be people that he interacts with.

And you'd think after the teenage Pyro, Iceman, and Angel and Storm being one of the original X-men that people would figure out that the movies are dealing with their own continuity.

I think they need to make a Magneto origin film... finish up on whatever they feel they need to (if anything) with the FF franchise, whether that be a sequel or spinoff... and then make a Deadpool movie. But I would prefer X-4 instead.
