What character should Marvel films tackle next?

who would you guys want to direct these movies, I think Micheal Davis (shoot 'em up) should direct Deadpool, and I actually wouldn't mind if burton directed Dr. Strange.

Yeah, it was just a sudden suggestion I made because Johnny Depp has been in numerous of projects with Tim Burton like: Edward Scissorhands, Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, etc. So yeah, it could work out that way.

Just saw it tonight. It's a movie where the opening sequence leaves you saying "WTF?!" and the feeling never goes away, but I found it to be very entertaining despite how zany it can get. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Agree. Sub-Mariner done right would be absolutely epic.

I would love a cloak and Dagger movie i think if it was made in the style of original The Crow movie (Brandon Lee) with that films gritty style but with great special effects for the tittle characters it could be a great little movie.

I would say, looking at the amount of money that could be generated through popularity and recognition and overall interest, it would have to be Cap. The only thing is making the costume believable. If only it could look like this, instead of like something dorky. Besides, Cap has the shield and the shield has the Batmobile effect on the fans.


Cool and realistic.

Believable with toned down colors, along the Ultimates look.

I want to see Captain America, Thor, Namor, and Deadpool get their own movies. I also wouldn't mind seeing Hawkeye in a movie, or maybe his own would work. He's a great character. I'd see a doctor strange movie as well. And of course, Daredevil should get a sequel.


Don't forget, we could also have a Silver Surfer spin-off on our hands. I'd probably see that too. And wasn't their supposed to be an Ant-man movie? He's a interesting character and was great in Marvel Zombies. Could be a comedy. Maybe.

I voted Luke Cage for a couple of reasons.
1) John Singleton's been talking about making it for years, and I kinda thought we'd have seen it by now.
2) I don't think it would be that hard to make, and
3) It doesn't have to be done like a usual super hero movie, more like an urban crime drama where the hero happens to have super strength and diamond hard skin. That's the movie I want to see.

I could definitely see a Cloak & Dagger movie (that one could be done as a Marvel Films independant and be better for it).

Of the movies on that list, Doctor Strange would be the coolest to see, and I thought the DTV was the best yet.
