A lot right with this film, on the whole I loved it, but like others a lot of dissapointing aspects.
Bane - How did he survive so long in prison without the mask if he cant stand the pain? Unless they are suggesting that talia found her father within about 10 mintues, but then after he cant survive without it? Made no sense.
How does he eat/drink? A guy with his level of muscle needs the correct diet. P'd me off that was not explained.
Bane being exiled, for being to monsterous, the exact thing the league of s wanted bruce to be.
Sorry to say it, but bane's size. Hardy acted well, but IMO that was not bane. It was some guy under 6ft, with big arms and a fat bely, that's not bane. I still feel if Nolan wanted the realistic feel to these movies then bane was the wrong way to go. He should of left him to a director that wanted to go a little more into the comic book realm.
Alfred leaving, wtf was that all about, alfred wouldnt abandon bruce. It was ridiculous. As was him not talking to him at the end, despite what he had previously said before that. Like he wouldnt of actually burst out crying, run up and hugged him.
Bruce retiring at the end, as someone said, in terms of being batman, he couldnt of done it longer than say, 18 months. Disappointing.
Blake becoming the new batman, no training about as physically intimidating as a new born puppy and just not batman esque at all, i mean seriously who would be intimated by him? And apart from that, bruce's advice of wear a mask is about the only thing he taught him. All though, I did think JGL performance, from an acting perspective was very good, its just silly what they did with his character.
Miranda tate's betrayal left me feeling emotionless, couldnt of cared less for it, infact she was a bloody pointless character, the film could survived fine without her.
Not enough batman, as someone has mentioned above.
Bruce wayne going bankrupt. Absolutley farcical plot point. And him giving away wayne mannor at the end, total bollux that was. infac the way he faked his death as bruce wayne was garbage, if he wanted rid of batman then fine, dont lead your loved one's and close friends to think you are dead.
The final battle between batman/bane, very rushed, should of been a good three mintues of them two in a room with batman beating him down, like bane did first time but vice versa.
Batmans knee injury in general.
The fact that after he climbed out of the prison his leg was fine, did his cartlidge magically return when he was doing sit ups?
The fact that there wasnt a shed of blood, and you really didnt see how ruthless and powerful bane could be. Next time, I hope they go for a 15 rating or whatever you guys have in america, because for me that aspect of the film, just to keep the rating down was ridiculous, you may aswell have had no deaths if tyou arent going to them in a proper way.
There was a lot of good points in this movie, but a lot of dissapointing aspects, ill buy it on dvd, watch it 100 times, but i still feel it was way below what it should of been and nolan/writers have to take the blame for that because there are far too many WTF were they thinking when they wrote that part moments in this film,
