If Cap dies then I can see Bucky becoming the new Cap taking the mantle left by his best friend or Cap if he doesn't die he goes on the run either way I can't wait

I don't think there is a chance in heck that Bucky would take the mantel of Cap for various reasons the first is that Tony would never allow it to happen. And then there is the fact that he was being controlled by decades by Hydra. And for Falcon he sided with Cap so by extension he is void to become Cap.

That's true but also in the comics Bucky does become the new Cap so that is why I suggested he take the mantle

I'm fully expecting him to be a prisoner in The Raft and it's what I'm hoping for out of all possible endings for him. It was great when Bucky became Cap in the comics but in this universe I think it definitely should go to Falcon.

It should but I think in this universe they will give it to Bucky

I'm not sure what they'll do here. They've certainly been building up the Falcon but they've kept Bucky around for a reason. Falcon already has a hero identity, but Bucky doesn't. I could see them using Bucky to become Cap so people think their symbolic hero is still alive.

Of course, I hope Steve doesn't actually die. And I don't think he will. I just think people will believe that he did (a la Bruce Wayne in TDKR).

Yes I could see Cap well Steve faking his death and if he did making everyone believe that he died when in actuality he is alive it gives Steve the chance to have a normal life away from all the craziness and it gives someone else the chance to take over the Captain America mantle

A DC troll on facebook on another comicbook movie site trash the movie and stated that he saw the movie on bootleg and stated that
Captain America dies at the end and that the Black Widow shoots him and that Ironman is sitting by his dead body on a table. A screenshot I have seen before that was fake.

Do you think there is any truth to what the guy was saying.?

well, they say the ending is pretty heavy on the emotional level.

If Cap dies then I wonder if Bucky would become the new Captain America especially should Steve die?

It's revealed that both cap's and tony's grandmoms are named Martha and put their difference aside to fight Abomination. Captain Marvel also shows up to help absorbing an energy blast before it kills Cap. She also quips that she has taken down things like Abomination before.

Steve gets the Uni-Powers and becomes Captain Universe which leads to him meeting the GOTG.

Cap survives the war but trips and breaks his neck getting out of bed.

In the same vein, it would be funny if Cap and Iron Man stopped fighting when they realize both of their best friends are named James (James Buchanan Barnes and James Rhodes).

Tony yelling: "You just started a war!"

Tony looking at Steve like hes an evil mofo then hitting him.

Tony beating Steve to a pulp.

Tony inside The Raft looking kind of depressed.

"I was wrong about you. The whole world was wrong about you" line.

Ross saying "there will be consequences"

Rhodey being shot down because of someone on Caps team (probably)

Draw your own conclusion.
If all of this is a result of Cap's actions then the only way I can see Tony forgiving him is by Cap dying. Him being alive and in prison at the end of this won't be enough for Tony to forgive all that and them becoming best buddies again by Infinity War.

*Captain Marvel shows up*

Tony: Is she with you?

Cap: I thought she was with you

Captain Marvel shows up.

Tony Stark: I've known a few women like you.

Captain Marvel: No, I don't you've ever known a women like me.

More like:

Cap: Is she on your side?

Tony: I thought she was on yours.

Conclusion:

Captain Marvel gets pissed and kicks everyone's ass. She was originally on Team Stark, but it turns out that Tony abducted her alien cat, and is being held at the raft.

After Civil War, Tony decides to go get his PTSD treated, so he sees a shrink called Karla Sofen. He mentions Captain Marvel.

Karla: You know the oldest like in America, Mr. Stark? Devils don't come from hell beneath us. They come from the sky.

*Captain Marvel shows up*

Tony: Hey Cap

Cap: What?

Tony: I was talking to her

With some Spidey 2017 rumors starting to surface...
namely Cap and IM both having cameos in that film, think it's safe to say that Cap doesn't bite the bullet in CW? From a continuity standpoint I would think the Spidey film takes place after CW, since I can't imagine they're going to use the cheap ugly homemade Spidey costume for the entire solo film.
