What If... Wakanda Shared its Vastly Superior Advancements With the Rest of the World?

Wakanda's ruler Black Panther/T'Challa decided to share his nation's vast technologies and other advancements with the rest of the world, and had convinced those he needed to that it would be a wise thing too.
So T'Challa opened the flood gates, giving not only America but other nations that Wakana was friendly with everything they had:
Cures to diseases like Cancer and AIDS, advanced technologies and metals, all their advancements in anything they could give.
Wakanda's gates were permanantly left open, and they had an open door program with various Nations to exchange technology and ideas.
Suddenly the planet went through a great Utopia. Diseases were cured, people weren't sick and dying, and all technology advanced far beyond what anyone could imagin.
But just as Wakanda had always feared their gifts to the world were used to creat weapons and tools of death. (Its not a huge apocalyptic thing, its just small things here and there and not WWIII. Its not a perfect Utopia. I hopoe I am not sounding too dark or anything, and making myself clear here. In other words, a few bad people spoiled it for the rest of the world.)
But not only are parts of the world around Wakanda in termoil, but within Wakanda's walls people are getting sick and dying from diseases they hadn't known for centires or new ones they had never heard of.

The story ends with T'Challa severaly dissapointed and depressed. He had really hoped this wouldn't happen. This was the reason they had cut themselves off from the rest of the world. Wakanda closes its gates for good once again.
T'Challa tells himself, or his people, that maybe in another few centires they will open their doors again.

I could work with this. As Peter attends ESU, he finds his cash always coming up short. He hopes to move back in with Aunt May, but she's already converted her old house to a boarding house, with two tenants arriving tomorrow: A pretty girl named Angelica, and a nice boy named Bobby.

Angelica Jones is coming from a disturbing experience after escaping the clutches of the White Queen, she is trying to find a real existance for herself, and gain complete control of her powers. As it is, people frequently loose radio and cell phone signals around her due to her powers.

Bobby Drake wants a nice normal life after his time with the X-men. having virtually died on Krakoa, he was only partially interested in going with Cyclops and Jean to miami to form X-Factor. The rest of him wanted to try normallacy for a while, and that is what he has chosen to do. He, unlike Angelica, has confided in Aunt May that he is a mutant and former X-Man. Aunt May still welcomed him with open arms and promises to keep his secret.

Aunt May is looking to keep her life busy. With her nephew off at college, she was afraid of getting lonely, so she decided her most marketable skill was mothering. her intent is to look after college kids, making sure they make their way safely in life. She didn't realize she'd be looking after Peter again, but she is more than happy to.

Peter is still reeling from the death of his love, Gwen Stacy. He hasn't had the heart to even approach Jonah lately, and so his money is getting tight. No longer able to rent an apartment, Peter moves home, only to realize he'll have housemates. Angelica reminds him strongly of someone, though he can't put his finger on who.

As Peter is looking for an easier path, while still living up to his creedo, when he realizes he new housemates are super-humans, he convinces them to be Heroes once more. They work together to fight. Peter developes feelings for Angelica, who begins to worry about her ability to reproduce. Bobby, acting like a shameless flirt, flirts with Angelica, who reciprocates. This hurts Peter, though neither intend to. Also coming in and out of their team are Black Cat, Tarot, Jamie Madrox, and Justice, however the core team remained the three house-mates.

I don't see why they'd get diseases they hadn't had in ages. Wakanda isn't completely clossed off. Foreigners come and go all the time.

I don't know. Just an idea. I just thought if not only was the gifts they gave the world being missused but also their own people were in danger that would give T'Challa more reason to close themselves off again.
Just me sort of throwing out ideas.
I thought it could be like when a diseases build up imunities to medicans or mutate so that the current medican doesn't effect it any more. It could be they weren't ass exposed to the illnesses as they eventually became because they doors were closed. But like I said, just ideas off the top of my head.

The main idea was to show people, like me, who can't understand why T'Challa and his people don't share their advancements with the world when they could cure cancer and stuff like that.
So in the story they do, T'Challa finally can't let innocent people die anymore. He also thinks maybe the rest of the world is ready, but they aren't. And in the end we see why Wakanda is closed off and why they haven't tried this before.
And with a heavy heart, it actually hurts him deeply to do this, T'Challa closes Wakanda off again.
(Earth still has all their latest advancements but they wont get the advancements that will come out after this.)

What If... Spider-Man Lost Hope?

Few characters have known loss and sacrifice as personally as Peter Parker. What if one day, it was too much? What if, after Gwen's death, Peter decided he couldn't take it anymore?

Obviously he wouldn't succeed in his attempt to end his life, but who to intercede on his behalf. Who would welcome a confused and broken young man into their fold?

Dr. Strange? Peter takes some pills and goes swinging one last time. his body falls upon the steps of the Sanctum Sanctorum, where Wong takes him inside. after many hours of both medicine and sorcery, Dr. Strange has cured the boy's body, but not his spirit. Thus, Dr. Strange takes Peter on the same trip he himself once took. The Result... The Spider-Sorcerer. Peter emerges from the experience with a renewed dedication to his task, but a new method of dealing with things. Calling up on the gods who have been related to spiders, Anazi, Athena, and others, He becomes more powerful than ever before.

Avengers: Same scenario, except Peter lands on the Avenger's front steps. They bring him in and are able to keep him alive, though it is an uphill battle. Peter survives, and no longer wishes to die, but does not wish to live either. He is allowed to stay at the mansion to heal emotionally. There he eventually takes a sidelines job, helping to coordinate their movements. because of him, they become more effective. Eventually he joins them in the field. Also, in this reality, it is Captain America who gets the Symbiote in the Secret Wars.

Fantastic Four: Yada-yada On top of the Baxter Building. Yada-yada, Peter is adopted by the Fantastic Four, taking his place beside Reed, learning to his full capacity for a change. Peter never tells them about his former life, his real name, or anything, though Johnny Storm knows. Peter and Johnny have an unspoken promise. Peter can't go back, won't go back. In this reality, Peter's presence in the Baxter Building encourages Johnny to go and rejoin Crystal with the Inhumans. Thus, it's Peter who marries the Skrull Lyja. However, upon discovering the truth, he refuses to divorce her due to how Aunt May brought him up.
