What is your all time favorite DC cover?

Mine has to be Identity crisis #7 by Michael Turner. The Clue was right there on the cover and noone guessed it. The Costumes all Hung up has a powerful meaning of what these heros will give up to protect the ones they love.

I can never pick an absolute most favorite anything, but Matt Wagner's GA covers were amazing

now, if you expand to include Vertigo, they top all other DC covers combined. From the visceral Preacher covers by Glenn Fabry, the mouth wateringly gorgeous Fables covers by James Jean, the mystifying Sandman covers by Dave McKean, the hip and sleek 100 Bullets covers by Dave Johnson, along with those for Hellblazer, Y-The Last Man, The Invisibles, Shade, Animal Man, and even lesser or forgotten series like The Crusades, are all spectacular.

Vertigo I would say easily has the greatest selection of comic covers ever.

Adam Hughes. Every cover Hughes draws is a gem.

I tend to also like some of the variant covers from DC. I rarely ever buy a variant cover unless Neal Adams drew it.
