There's no leverage in the storyline, nobody cares about the current Avengers "unmasking". Spidey needs to be in it, give the audience something to care about.
Dylan was always my first choice for Spidey, when they first announced the reboot! No.

Not if they don't do the origin story again.. as I've said before, Spidey can explain his origins in flash backs.I see rebooting being way to much of a problem. I loved TASM but critics and some of the GA didn't because of how similar it felt and some didn't like it because of the differences. Theres only so many times you can reboot the same story.

There are so many threads discussing the same thing, here's what I posted in a similar thread in Captain America sub forum -
Marvel Studios gain from Sony's Spider-Man's involvement in C-list Marvel Studio's movies, imagine Spider-Man as a guest star in Ant-man or Thor 3 or Black Panther.
Additionally, Marvel Studios has all the rights to Spider-Man merchandise which would not be of much use to earn money if Sony decides not to make a Spidey movie till 2018, a guest appearance in Avengers 3 (or Ant-Man ) will allow Marvel /Disney to sell Spider-Man merchandise.
Sony will also benefit from the deal with Marvel Studios as they will get free publicity for Spider-Man and it would rejuvenate their franchise without spending any money.
As for Andrew Garfield's contracts, I don't think that he will reject any deal to appear in a Marvel Studios movies which would also mean that Sony will also renew his movie contracts.
We've already had a trailer.
The thing is, you could so easily just PUT TASM INTO THE MCU! The audience know this Spidey, and whether you choose to believe it or not, they actually like Andrew's Spidey... it makes so much more sense to just make a few adjustments to the MCU timeline and put TASM in there.
****, I'll do it for you:
Avengers
~ The Amazing Spider-Man
Iron Man 3
Thor 2
Cap 2
~ The Amazing Spider-Man 2

That's what I'm getting it, they aren't doing this to show us AoU or ant-man clips.

Marvel should just start with a clean slate, they don't need the baggage that comes with Sony's Spider-Man/TASM.The thing is, you could so easily just PUT TASM INTO THE MCU!
