I don't even like idea of S6 film but the idea that Drew Goddard writing and directing can't be a more quality film than ASM2 Is crazy

Did Fox give up on X-Men after Thor outgrossed FC WW or Iron Man 3,MoS,and TDW outgrossing The Wolverine WW? Of course not.You really
think Sony will quit when a medicore SPider-man film just did 700 Million WW.A quality film can do better.

Marvel/Disney Ultimate Spider-Man is nothing short of a disgrace.
Sony's Spectacular Spider-Man is one of the best animated shows ever.
Sony's SM2 is the highest rated superhero movie ever on RT.
Sony's Amazing 1 and 2 has made more money than IM 1 and 2, Thor 1 and 2 and Cap 1 and 2.

Just adding balance. I'm not really bothered either way as I have no loyalty to Marvel or Sony.

Also, I would like to see Spidey in Infinity War (probably not Civil War as unmasking Spidey is a disastrous idea that will only have to be retconned) but IW is 4 YEARS AWAY. I have no idea what the big rush is. If something is going to happen between Sony and Marvel it will happen. Pointless getting worked up about it.

Lol. After hearing what Black Panther's role will be in the civil war storyline , I can't help but think that Spiderman would probably have been the one to play that role . No doubt they were always gonna include Panther but given that his role sounds much more pivotal as the one caught between Cap and Iron man, something tells me that that was probably gonna be a spot open to Peter Parker had a deal to lease out the character went through.

But, this is what alot of fans of the ASM series wanted so they're gonna get it. I think its a big missed opportunity for Spiderman and Sony given that DC, Marvel, and Fox or gonna be doing some great stuff over the next decade but whatever, alot of fans got what they wanted, so that's that.

If the rumors about a reboot with the Sinister Six movie become true, then they could even get the Green Goblin right this time and I won't see it... ^^'

I'm still angry that they don't managed to release a 3D/2D Steelbook of TASM2 in my contry, that doesn't include a ton of overpriced rubbish. And there are about like 6 different collectior editions ò_Ó
(+ making it very clear during the Bonus Features that they don't have any idea what they're doing. ("Hey wouldn't it be great if Felicity would be named Felica?" 5 minutes before they shot a scene ^^'))

They had to get this deal done before they signed Boseman to such a large role in Civil War (substantial if not large). What this affirms is that Spidey will not be showing up in PIII until Avengers: IW Part I/II earliest (and that is a huge unlikelyhood at this point). It also assures that Garfield's chances of continuing the character in the MCU are almost nil if I had to cap it. They cannot incorporate Webb's films any later than now IMO. I think that universe is basically done. I think S6 and the next Spidey will be a soft reboot if it even comes to fruition, even if Garfield returns in some loose continuity, but that universe and those Webb characters have been buried alive with little hope of getting to the surface.
