Osborn*
And I don't believe that Oscorp will become a giant 'villain factory'.
It kinda did in the video game.
Also, as much as I'd like to see Goblin as the next villain and have Gwen die in the next film I can't help but feel maybe we should have more time to feel connected to her so that her death is more tragic.
What makes you say that? Amazing Spider-Man was the exposition it was Batman Begins, we have this universe and we know our characters, now its time to put them to the test.
Sequels should flow from the events and actions taken in the previous films. At the end of Amazing Peter breaks his promise to George and decides to still see Gwen. He didn't make the hard choice like he needed to and he should be punished. In a three act structure part two is the most dramatic and the toughest, the part where our hero's greatest fears are realized and they find themselves at a personal low. Gwens death certainly fits the bill as the thing Peter would fear the most.
I want part 2 to go like this:
Peter and Gwen are going to college and Peter meets Harry Osborn. Green Goblin appears early and we don't see his origin. The two struggle and Peter has a final chance to give up Gwen and choses not to, the Goblin then kidnaps her, kills her and dies. At the same time Peter learns about the genetic tampering his parents did to him and starts to question if he's really even obligated to be Spider-Man, ending with him quitting.
The third should question why Peter does what he does and why he's Spider-Man at all. It should be a commentary on the mental state someone would have to have to actually decide to use their superpowers to dress up in spandex and look for people breaking the law.
Spider-man's major villains can be broken down as mad scientists that misuses or loses control of his powers, petty thugs who invented, were forced into, or acquired powers, or big corporate executives or organized criminals. We got the mad scientist who turned into a monstrous lizard, next could be an organized crime making it the King Pin, and a petty thug who gets powers like Electro or the Scorpion. It would fulfill the trilogy.

Okay so I was thinking about Spidey's rogue's gallery today and realized something...
WHY ARE MOST OF SPIDEY'S MAJOR FOES ALL GREEN?!?!
Green Goblin= Green
Lizard= Green
Electro= His suit's mostly green
Mysterio= Green
Vulture= totally green
Doc Ock= his traditional look is green
Scorpion= green
The Jackal= green
And I'm sure I'm forgetting some! Why do you all think this is? The guys at Marvel must've realised that the green color scheme looked better against a red and blue hero or something...it's strange how easy to not notice it is...

From what I heard, back in the day, the green tint was cheaper to spend, so they used that a lot.Okay so I was thinking about Spidey's rogue's gallery today and realized something...

Can Kingpin be used? He was with Fox and the Daredevil movie.
His rights are with Sony
