Days of Future Past what would improve a sequels chance of making more money?

- Less crowded period , July ?
- More ad, merchandise
- 3D ?

This. Find a better release date in a Summer that's not overcrowded like this Summer was. Make toys, video games, advertise early, and film it in 3D...if they want 3D.

Adding Gambit would be ****ing huge i feel, he was more of a tease in the Wolverine movie( and Taylor Kitsch actually was a decent Gambit i thought) Not sure if i would want him back but i wouldn't mind i guess.

I feel this movie would benefit from a rebel/ bad ass mutant like a Gambit, since we probably won't see Wolverine in one of these films Gambit is the next best thing imo

Well i personnaly don't feel that but hey to each his own, regardless i feel Gambit would helpt a sequel alot.

Also add some mutants with cool powers, Avalanche would be sweet, so would Psylocke and a couple others.
I thought Riptide hade potential to have some pretty bad ass scenes but he was underused and was taken out way to easily in the final scene.

Once again, 3D will only help international box office. The format is dead in the US - and certainly not the reason Transformers 3 is making dough.

I actually think Fantomex would fit pretty well in the First Class Universe. Maybe without the whole Eva thing which would kind of suck but that stuffs so weird I dont see any X film going that route right now. A faux frenchman mutant thief could fit pretty well in the time period. Probably wouldnt help the Box office though. Definitely need mutants like Gambit, Scott, Jean, Betsy or Logan for that.

Well we're talking about Fox, so they'll that means less story and more action in the sequel and running time of 80-90 minutes tops.

I think that's it. The cast is fantastic and even against the odds, FC is great. There's no reason why a Second Class couldn't be even better.

Ah, no 3D, please. But IMAX is an interesting option.

Agree with the above especially the cast. But will still need a villian. Somebody with a recognizable name could boost the box office.
