It's a very dull pothead movie. It's one of those art house movies where it doesn't have anything to say and you spend most of the movie wandering aimlessly. There's just a lot of hypnotic scenes that doesn't really tell you anything. I can't say Kirsten Dunst awful, but the material they gave her doesn't help her at all. Overall, outside of the visuals and the music, this was a dud.

Split - Intense, interesting at points character study with a great performance by McAvoy. Definitely M. Night's best in years. The dialogue's silly as to be expected, but I enjoyed it for the most part. I don't recommend watching it with your mother though, especially one who can't handle violence. That was a mistake. Lol. - 7.5 / 10
