Hercules Against The Tyrants of Babylon (1964)

it's good to hear. a lot of people on here like to pretend that movie was massive failure of film making, when it really quite a good film, just not AS good as they were expecting.

Yeah I noticed that. Maybe the reason why I hadn't got round to seeing it. But glad I have now. I can think of a lot worse films.

Hunger Games

While a decent film on a whole, it drags for long periods of time. Several of the performances were amazing like Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks, and Woody Harrelson. Storywise I felt like there could've been a better more interesting story with the games itself. Not to mention they kinda dropped the ball on making a scene really interesting at the end but they just shied away from it.
6.5/10

The Tall Man

It's a movie where it didn't know what it wanted to be. It failed as a thriller, as a horror and frankly as a film. Jessica Biel was above average in it but the story was messy.
4/10

The Pirates! Band of Misfits

One of the better animated/stop motion films that came out this year so far. It's got the same comedy styles as what you'd expect from Aardman Animations. However it's not their best because of limited jokes but it'll do.
7/10

I haven't seen such a silly waste of Michael Jai White since The Dark Knight (Yes, the fact that he didn't fight Batman will annoy me until the end of time)..

Batman beating Black Dynamite would have taken me out of the movie and completely ruin it for me.

Shut Up and Play the Hits

Dark Knight rises (3rd time) 10/10
The Iron Giant
- still love it as much as i did when i was younger, its really underrated 10/10

Ghostbusters

Watched that for the very first time 3 weeks ago. MAN THAT SUCKED BIG TIME. How is this considered a cult-classic? It has sloppy and bad written characters, an reduant screenplay resulting in an confusing and unfocused story, epileptic editing, BAD ACTING (Key master OH GOD WHY), and some of the WORST SFX I have ever seen on film. And dont tell me that is because it was the 80s, even the 80s were able to do better than this. (Raiders/ Terminator). How are these characters so beloved? Bill Murray came accross as a total jerkass. I guess this is one of these movie you have to happened to grown up with to like them.

It didn't think this was out until the Fall, and that looks like a Ringwraith behind Jessica Biel.

It has the typical action you would see in a Rambo film but there's a twist in the story. I'm surprised Dolph didn't have a better run with these films. Unless you count his dtv work.

I got a..."advance copy" of it :o and I'll say this, It feels like something you see on the Lifetime channel.

The Lives of Others.

It really did an incredible job of illustrating what it was like to live in the GDR during the Cold War.

Its DDR. Deutsche Demokratische Republik.

You should watch the movie in GERMAN. Ulrich Mühe did an incredible job. To bad he died shortly after.

Last Week his wife died. :( She was also a good german actress.
