Lawless

I quite enjoyed it. Very good performances all around.

Boogie Nights - 9/10

First time seeing this, and it's pretty incredible what a 27 year old PTA pulled off.

Saw

Easy to forget it's a cool, inventive little thriller. I know the people behind most of the sequels forgot about inventiveness.

Lost in Translation- What a great flick.

From Dusk Till Dawn- Why'd it take me so long to watch this movie?

Clooney spitting out Tarantiino dialogue was amazing.

Red Lights

A above average thriller that got my interest from the start. It's about group of skeptics investigating paranormal activities and more importantly busting fake psychics. It's got some great performances from everyone and I kinda dig the ending even though some might not like it.
8/10

Saw II

Yet again, a solid little horror flick. The franchise still had great potential at this point.

Saw III

Donkey ass.

Halloween II (1981)

I liked this better than part 1, to be fully honest. The original, I could never take seriously, it was tiresome repetition of Myers standing in one spot, Laurie doing a double take, Myers no longer standing where he was. From the perspective of someone standing across the road, Myers would look like an utter ****, tip toeing around like an idiot.

This one fully used the confined setting to do the same, with far better results. It almost became a haunted house film.
