It's a good one but I still want to see the original film it was based on. It's a foreign film but I can't remember the name.

Only thing that bugged me last night when watching it that never bothered me when I was younger is Chris O'donnell's character. Almost anytime Pacino asks him a question he stands there not answering for awhile like some moron.

I just found out yesterday (totally randomly) that it was based on a foreign film from the 70s.

Last film watched: Super 8
Haven't seen it since its theatrical run. With all this movie has going for it, I'm a little surprised it wasn't an instant classic, despite its flaws.

Hesher. I had no idea what to expect from this movie, but got pleasantly surprised. JGL is great in his role, and the kid playing the lead role besides JGL was also impressing. Portman is always good, but her character didn't get enough screentime for her to really shine IMO.

Pretty good flick, and 80s Metallica songs in the score as a bonus.
