When should the DVD come out?

Well, I obviously bought this movie on Blu Ray/DVD. I'm going to be watching the hell out of it and there's nothing you can do to stop me!

the only reason I want to get it is are the deleted scenes. The standard only had 4! What gives.

Where are the 4 deleted scenes on the standard? Mine doesn't have any deleted scenes in the menu. Are they simply inserted into the movie?

I just (last night) got a blu-ray player and watched the blu-ray scenes and still think they scenes preceding the corination should have been left in.
