Well, Lou was bigger than Arnold, and Lou competed for much longer, so you tell me. I think arguing who used more is rather silly because you can't tell that. I was more surprised by the fact that you said "if any".

Lou is still pumping & flexing with the best of them. I remember I had a pic taken with him at a con, & after it was snapped he gave me what I'm sure he meant to be a friendly little pat on the back. But a lovetap from Lou Ferrigno is memorable. It hurt like hell.
