The concept in a lot of movies are "silly" the number one movie of the year involves a bunch of toys walking around. It's the execution that turns the concept into greatness. That movie i'm talking about is 99% btw

I hope Captain America is a hit because Chris Evans deserves more roles in films like this. I rooting on him to succeed.

I hope GL is a hit because quite a few of my fellow nerds seem to hate it sight unseen.
It's going to be a hit anyhow but I hope Breaking Dawn makes over 300mil because it's entertaining to see people who hate the franchise cry about it's success because they aren't bad movies aimed at men.

You've got that right. People started up with that "It's a bastardization and you're raping my childhood!" crap before they even saw an image from the movie. I could understand it if it was something like Catwoman and it completely disregarded the source material. But they seem to be making a LOT of attempts to stick close to the comic books... just because they opted to go for a CGI costume or picked and actor that some people might not like doesn't mean that the film will be some awful travesty.
