No, because it's stupid. He's saying the world's title that Jericho combined with the WWE title in 2001 was the WCW title. The World's title that be unified at TLC is the belt that can trace its lineage back to Pat O'Connor...

They are so wishy washy on the whole thing. I just want this over and the world title gone. WWE has hurt the WHC's prestige and the IC title's as well because of their choice to keep the WHC' in the middle of the card.
