Who should be given a chance as an Avenger?

Iron fist is deffinitely my number one choice here.
and Capstacy: Puma? thats an interesting choice. I kinda like it. I do think fireheart should delve further into the superhero world and the Avengers would be a huge step in that direction. Good call.

Also pretty much any of the inhumans. It couldnt be for a while though. till after the Attilan/earth cold war is over. but one of the inhumans (Black Bolt himself hopefully) could join the avengers as a sign of good will after their war.

the puma call is good indeed maybe chrystal a former avenger could sponsor one of the inhumans karnak maybe?

Personally, I never liked the idea of him being an Avenger. To me, he'll always be an X-Man.

Wolverines an X-Man and an Avenger why cant Beast be both? Beast needs more exposure, plus he has some good ties to members of the Avengers.

Maybe Ben Grimm will join the Avengers in light of the FF split. He was almost in the West Coast Avengers and even hung out with them for a while.

I personally think he might be part of the New Alpha Flight.

Alpha Flight is popular but imagine how many more people would pick up Alpha Flight if Thing was on the team.

Nova? I WOULD say he's too powerful, but they have Sentry on the team currently, and he's allegedly WAY more powerful than Nova. Though I would say Sentry's current cruising level is well below what Nova has been represented at lately.

As for what CBK said, I could see the reason. Why not have a new character be an Avenger? If we always stuck with the old ways, we'd still believe Earth is the center of the universe.

I dont mind having a new character as an avenger but i always thought it was funny how every time they tried to put a team together just about all of the members were busy. then they had to add two or three new members.
