Homecoming Who should be the Villain in Spider-Man (2017)? - Part 4

No, I'm pretty sure the source article said Vulture would be A villain in the film. The source never claimed he would be the big bad.

He said he heard a while back Vulture wouldn't be the main bad guy, but that could have changed. I'm not sure how they'd incorporate two villains. Please don't make Vulture hired by some business man or something like that. I like the idea of multiple villains if it helps set up the sinister 6, but then I feel like we're in TASM 2 area.

But Marvel might actually set up the Sinister Six well. :oldrazz:

I want a Rhino & Sandman teamup for the sequel.

Or hell, this one, if Vulture's only in the opening scene.

Multiple villains is fine if they

A) Fit together logically in the plot

or

B) Take minor roles to one focal Big Bad

Personally, I'm fine with Vulture just being some sort of run of the mill criminal (I've personally reimagined him as a hitman before) but, I've never really cared for him that much.

Give me Spot and Vulture :o
A synopsis based on a story I've wriiten, with Vulture, Kraven, & Spot.

A teen, Peter Parker, who's still dealing with the death of his beloved uncle, judgement is clouded, in dealing with not only his home life; but, all the inherent pressures of high school, the faculty, and his more popular peers.

Simultaneously, his alter-ego, Spiderman, is caught on dangerous grounds, as tensions build between law enforcers & more powerful aided criminal elements, fester. Adding to the emergence of a new stealthy figure...either uniting or over throwing NYC's old underworld syndicates.

Yet something, much more concerning...beyond the capacity of rational comprehension is occurring, that could signify danger, for the whole globe.

I'd like him to face smaller scale villains to start out. Maybe Kingpin, Scorpion, or Vulture. That way they can build to bigger, more powerful villains in years to come.

According to Devin Faraci, we are getting Vulture but not as a main antagonist.

Maybe they'll do the USM Vulture so he can be in high school with Peter.

:o

Keaton as The Green Goblin? :hmm

And everybody wanted him for JJ!!! Just go watch Beetlejuice! :p

I feel it could potentially be one of the greatest CBM performances EVER! :D

Can Marvel have JK back? It feels so wrong for a former Batman to go on Marvel. :o

I would absolutely love for Keaton to be Norman Osborn, but I have a gut feeling he's going to be Silvermane. Didn't they say that they want a new villain?

Silvermane would be rather boring as a villain though. If they're going to get him, then they should just use Vincent D'Onofrio as Kingpin.

Keaton is better off being a more classic foe like Vulture, or possibly Osborn. Although I don't know if they really want to introduce him again just yet.

I want to so see that movie to be honest, it sounds awesome :woot:

**** Yeah baby Keaton is literally the best!!!! **** yaaaaa I love u marvel

I don't care which villain. I'm just psyched for Michael Keaton!

I was just thinking today how I'm still happy about my boy Keaton's recent success and being back into the film conversation. And this is just perfect.

Wanted Vulture for a while and may just get him with Keaton cast as him to boot! :woot:

If Marvel are looking at Keaton, then the only choices are either Silvermane or Vulture since it's been confirmed that we're only getting villains who we haven't seen on film before which means that he isn't Doc Ock.

Oh well, maybe next time we'll get one of the cool villains. I liked the Shocker, Scorpion and Kraven rumors. Vulture is a lame villain.

Marvel would be stupid to hire Keaton for a one off villain role. It has to be Osborne. Think of the crossover potential amongst the other MCU films.
