Bryan's trial is on June, I will be really shocked if he's guilty, we all know that Egan is a hoax & a gold digger!

Anyhow, hands down Mr. Singer should direct X-Men: Apocalypse!

Bryan has filled suit to get lawsuit thrown out after Egan's 2003 depostion was unearthed saying he had never been to Hawaii and he named 3 people who
abused him and Bryan was not one of them.

add to fact Bryan has said he has records and 100 witnesses to say at time in 1999 he was working In Canada on first X-Men preproduction and production
except for brief trips to California and new england.

Another one of 3 new people being sued by Egan Is also filling to get case dismissed.

If DOFP Is success he will be directing Apocalypse.

Singer will return. And he damn well should. DOFP showcased that this franchise is his baby.

DofP showed Singer is our man. He did a phenomenal job!

I would say with the critical acclaim and probable huge box office there is no way Singer doesn't return.

Vaughn or Singer I really don't care they both have been involved in this new trilogy so either of them.

Worst case scenario, if Singer is guily and has to step down, I wouldn't mind Vaughn back in the helm. I think it would be kind off cool to see Bryan and Matt sort of trade directing duties for each subsequent film. It would serve to keep the style of the films from going stale as they both have different visual eyes.

Didn't Vaugh say he has no interest in directing X-Men that is why dropped out?

After reading an excerpt from Vaughn's Empire magazine interview I change my mind and only want Bryan to direct. Vaughn claims the project, DOFP, didn't excite him so he left. He did develop the script with Kinberg and I hope he and his frequent collaborator Jane Goldman come back and help him with Apocalypse.

I find it very hard to believe that the story didn't interest Vaughn enough considering the fact that he co-wrote the script. I think Fox simply chose Singer over him.

The rumor Is Fox had more faith In Singer+SInger could get the OT cast back
unlike Vaughn.

Definitely bring back singer if he's innocent.

If he's not innocent it won't just be my faith in the xfranchise that is shaken :(

I think a collaborative effort would be nice having Singer direct the quiet/character moments and another director come in and direct the big action/destruction moments as action isn't Singers strong suit.

Have you seen DOFP? Singer's action scenes are great in that movie.

Yes. Singer has made great strides but I was still a bit disappointed in the action. He had some great moments especially with mystique and in the future but I still felt something lacking. Bringing in a co-director for the action/destruction scenes could teach him a thing or two and give that visual eye candy that really attracts audiences. I'm not holding my breath just saying it could be nice, but who knows Singer might really hold nothing back on Apocalypse. Quicksilver's and Nightcrawler's scene were great Singer is just too inconsistent with action scenes for me .

Singer is the best person to direct Apocalypse hands down. I hope he decides to stay on for more after that film as well. Most X-films like X2 and DOFP can only be good for the franchise, but more importantly, for us ravenous fans that deserve the absolute best!

I really want Vaughn to do another one but Singer would obviously be fine with me too.

Composer/editor John Ottman confirmed that Bryan Singer will direct Apocalypse.
