Gotta go with the penguin. Cobblepot's at least got an empire and he's a pimp, which is a good retirement, and i'd rather get punched in the face by Batman then by someone who can benchpress dump trucks.

This is a tough one. Neither is all that appealing. On the one hand, you got Penguin, who is a pretty succesful crime lord. I'd compare him to a guy like the Owl, who is kinda succesful at crime, dispite his flaws. On the other hand you got Vulture, who, is not a very good criminal. Not really what you'd call a criminal mastermind. Most of his crimes are ultimately just smash and grab jobs. He is smart though. A real tech guy. And of course, he's got flight. Which always goes a long way in this debate. So, it comes down to money and power vs brains and flight. Hmmm, I guess i'd go with Vulture then.

I'm not changing my mind, but i just remembered "Identity Disk" where the Vulture pulled a Kaizer Soze (spelling?) on S.H.I.E.L.D. to save his daughter, which was pretty damn impressive.

This is a really hard one! I love the Vulture but he doesn't seem to have any great powers yet he seems to be a bit boastful at the powers. The Penguin doesn't have any powers but atleast he doesn't try to have them, ya know? So i think the Penguin.

I dunno... I wouldnt wanna be penguin cause he's a fat, slow, powerless, big nosed, evil midget.

But on the other hand father time could catch up with Toomsie any minute.
(haha on a side note in Civil War frontline, everytime i read that character Toomsie's name i kept immediately thinking "vulture? wow he really let himself go!")

so hmmmmm.... I think I'll go with Vulture. Due to the lack of aging in the MU.
In the real world he could die any minute. In the MU he's probably got another 25 years in him.
