LoL Either way i'd pick ultron. He's constantly improving himself and changing up things that dont work.

Metallo runs on kryptonite and never really improves or changes much. He kinda just raids junkyards for new parts now and then.

Checked the Wiki and while Trigon sounds like a badass, he's no devil. Mephy on the other hand is Marvel's version of Satan, he messes with heros and loves to screw with the Silver Surfer. Pretty much whatever he does win or lose he wins somehow. I'd rather be Mephisto.
