I actually think this is a tough one. On one hand you have Onslaught who obviously has more power, but Braniac is MUCH smarter, and knowing is half the battle. I guess I'll pick Onslaught just because he can still feel (i think) whereas Braniac doesn't have any emotions really. Onslaught's highly skewes version of humanity is still humanity.
