Sequels Who would you bring back: Green Goblin or Doc Ock?

you know guys....what if the villain turns out to be someone we didnt expect to be?..someone like Shocker or Mysterio or Chameleon.
i mean, who the hell really expected Sandman to be in Spiderman 3?

I highly doubt it'll be Shocker or Chameleon. If the Lizard isn't the Villian, my best bet is that it's Vulture.

Lizard is my number 1 choice, but if he isn't in, I would love to see Shocker, too. Shocker and Rhino. I always saw them as a team since the 90's series. they'd be great

I always wondered how Rhino would be portrayed in this universe of Spidey films. With Sam at the helm, and seeing what he did with the villians in all 3 films, I really don't think I'd be dissapointed.

he is my third favorite villain. have him would make me very happy. my main concern is the actor.

How cool would it be to see Osborn come back, and then in Spider-Man 6 (leading the Sinister Six), he's full-on GREEN GOBLIN:

a bit too early for return of green goblin.
i would love to see it happen though.( either that or Hobgoblin)

No, I don't think it's too early. Willem Dafoe's not getting any younger...

Osborn should appear right at the end of Spider-Man 4, to let audiences know he's planning something big.
Then Osborn should publicly announce his return in Spider-Man 5, so Peter suspects he's planning something big.
Finally, Osborn should reveal his plan (The Sinister Six) in Spider-Man 6, so Spidey has to deal with the fight of his life.

Never too early to get that story started.

Now I don't see the point of bringing them back due to the fact that Doc. Connors is clearly the next route. They have easter egged his character for a few movies now and it is time they use him. And I would rather the focus be on one villain than two or 3 (spidey 3).

No way! I've had enough of the Goblins. Their story is done. Move on.

I'd rather Ock come back if it were between the two. Although, I'm sure someone has mentioned it (although I haven't seen it), but bringing a new Venom in, or Carnage, seems more plausible since Conners still had the specimen Peter gave him...

What's to say that Conners doesnt use the symbiote specimen in his experiments - combining it with lizard DNA to create the formula that turns him?

I know it's was never that way in the comics; but that's never stopped filmakers changing things before.

That's how I thought they were going to do it.

If they could bring back Dafoe as Norman some way i'd be stoked.

goblin should come back as thats what happens in the story
but seeing as Raimi cant do a goblin it's gotta be Ock
he's been the villain Raimi's been able to handle best

I think Raimi made it a lot easier to bring Ock back in the movies than Norman, and I agree with some others there has been enough Goblin's in the series, time for something new.

Lizard and Scorpion are my picks.

I would prefer to see a new villain. The Lizard or Carnage gets my vote.

^I think the Lizard is cert, I personally would like to see The Scorpion alongside him in Spidey 4.
