Who's the most pathetic and useless Marvel character ever?

The Question said:
Could you elaborate? I mean, did the Tinkerer have conversation with Stilt Man? Because, at least in The Punisher's case, he could simply think Stilt Man was Wilbur Day and have been mistaken. I mean, as far as I know, he's never met Day before.

Here's what happened:

"After this Civil War broke out Day saw it as an oppurtunity to redeem himself. He called The Tinkerer to make new armor for him and wanted to become a vigilante. Punisher didn't want to give him the chance to reform and blasted him."

Okay, now I'm even more confused. Why would Frank kill someone for wanting to become a vigilante?

You think Frank cares? Frank is a psycho, in the first MK run he killed 3 copycat vigilantes that idolized him, Frank is not one to believe in redemption. Plus Stilt-Man was being an idiot he was shooting at Frank while talking about teaming up, he likely pissed Frank off.

He killed the three copycats because they were reckless and killed innocent people. And while he doesn't believe in redemption, why would he want to kill Stilt Man? Stilt Man never killed anybody. Stilt Man was just a cat burgaler with a gimick. Frank, in all of his psychological porblems, does kill criminals just because they commited a crime. He kills the ones who deserve punishing. Drug dealers, murderers, crime bosses, and the such. Not common theives who've never really hurt anybody.

1) Frank is a psycho and has killed people who were just thieves before. In the first MK run when he was bored he would go to bad parts of town and kill muggers just for kicks. How do we or Frank knows those muggers killed anyone? Heck in the second NK run he shot Wolverine in the face and ran him over with a steam roller. Frank is nuts.

2) As you said, Frank doesn't know Stilt-Man, all he knows is that Stilt-Man criminal. Frank could have assumed he was a murderer or he could thought he would one day become a murderer. That would likely be reason enough for Frank to blow him away.

3) Stilt-Man was pissing Frank off by shooting at him. That's good way to get yourself killed.

Most muggers would be willing to or atempting to kill someone, so there's some justification in Frank's mind.

Okay, that makes the most sense right there.

Okay, that makes the most sense right there.

If their victims hand over the money, the mugger would likely just leave them alone rather go down on a murder rap. There is no evidence that the mugger in question killed anyone. Besides Stilt-Man has tried to kill people before, he just hasn't suceeded, he tried to kill Daredevil, Foggy Nelson, the Falcon, Black Goliath and Blake Tower. He is guily of attempted murder, so in Frank's eyes he is a potenial murderer.

THe mugger will go on to do it again, and chances are, he MIGHT kill someone down the line.
