The Amazing Spider-Man With Great Power, Comes Great Lounging - Part 10

I think he put Manhattan, NY as a reference to Spider-Man.

that's what I did.

I live down the river a bit, in Mennonite-land. (they aren't Amish)

I'd really like to go to Midtown Comics some time. Unfortunately I live on the other side of New York. :funny:
Its a great comic shop. Not the best, but there is a lot to choose from, and great back issues.

Apparently Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith have shown an interest in an MiB4

Didn't Tommy Lee Jones want little to do with MIB3?

Nobody complains about Marvel not having the rights for MIB. :o

He was barely in it so it's possible. Why did they kill Zed? It felt like he didn't want to do anymore movies since his death wasn't in the film.

If I remember correctly, the actor who portrays him (Rip Torn) is in jail. I believe he got drunk and broke into a bank, something like that.

Oh, I see.

It surprises me that Sony allows creative control for some and not for others. The director for the new Evil Dead film has never directed a film and according to an interview with him that I just read it seems like he's been given complete control over it and I'm pretty sure it's made by Sony.

For me:

Spider-Man
Batman
Captain America and Iron Man

My most favorite is definitely Spider-Man. It's harder to choose second and third. I think it would be Superman and Hellboy.

If I ever go to New York I must check out Midtown Comics, I've always wanted to.

I agree. Its all preference of course, but I have always loved the Marvel characters so much more. I think that the characters feel more grounded and relatable, as opposed to Superman, the Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, etc.

I don't think I worry about what's relatable moreso than something that fascinates me. While on some parts, I can relate to Peter Parker, I just find my favorite superheroes more fascinating than anything. Batman, Spider-Man, Dr. Fate, Superman, Flash, Wolverine, Captain America, Black Panther. I find these characters fascinating with the people they are more than how I view on how I can relate to them.

Catwoman did pretty much become a copy of Black Cat.

Ehh, Black Cat just copied Catwoman from the beginning anyways.

Eh, The Big Bang Theory is a waste of time IMO.

Happy Endings, now that's a great show!

I feel the very opposite way, haha. I feel that Happy Endings is a waste of time and Big Bang Theory a phenomenal show.

So Superior Spider-Man #1 kicks ass. I'm really, really excited for the next issue.

Lol, no she didn't.

The original Catwoman was really different from what she is today; she only became like that after Black Cat was revealed.

Lucky. I live in Amish-land. Everyone asks what they're like and if I live close enough to see them. *sigh* All I'm good for is Amish spying.

You live in Lancaster? Or in one of the other popular Amish areas?

I can't wait to read it...once I catch up in the ASM trades...I can't afford individual issues anymore. Well, I guess I could if I just focused on Spidey...

Black Cat > Catwoman

:awesome:

It used the be the other way around (largely due to Batman Returns).
