Wonder Woman Merchandise

There's something a bit glum looking about that Prime 1 studio WW which is never evident in Gal's face even if she's not smiling.

It has been difficult for most to capture Gal's likeness.

I think it's because they're trying to capture WW as she is either in that photo or in BvS instead of capturing Gal the actress first and then making her look like WW.

prime 1 studio Wonder Woman has arrived.

Is it lacking in paint application or something? It looks a little simple at times, like uncoloured plastic. It's not actually too bad. I think I might prefer to wait until the WW movie.

What I'd love to have is a smiling WW with Gal's beautiful smile. Or if not a full beaming one, at least more of a smirk or faint smile. That might make it easier to capture Gal's likeness that way.

Mattel are making 6" action figures of Themysciran Diana (i.e. the outfit from the EW photoshoot) and Steve Trevor for the solo Wonder Woman film. Only prototype images were shown at SDCC and no details about other figures (e.g. Wonder Woman in armour, Hippolyta, etc) were announced. Also, no details about any 12" action figures or dolls from Mattel for the solo movie.

It's rumoured that there will be at least one Lego set for the solo Wonder Woman film, but no details are available.

I saw this one in person at a local shop. It actually looks pretty good, if a bit small. The face on the one I saw was pretty good, like the one pictured, and the whole thing is well-detailed. But there are some reviewed online where the face looks a bit different, a bit off. I decided not to get it because it cost almost $200 Australian (the store tends to sell at high prices) and as I said it was a bit small. I might go for another statue released in the future.

In addition to Mattel's 6" action figure offerings (only Themyscira Diana and Steve Trevor prototypes revealed to date), we're also rumoured to see a single "Wonder Woman" solo movie themed Lego set (similar to the small Lego sets for the Ant Man and Doctor Strange movies).
