Goku, not that I don't like him neccesarily, just hate it how he always has to be the one to save the day, and others rely on him to much. I think its funny that he dies so much, but annoying at the loopholes they find to bring him back.

I don't exactly know.There are too many awful anime characters to name.But Crowler from Yugioh GX is not only a terrible duelist and a sadistic teacher,but he's also a lame villain whose time onscreen get spent mostly on dumb slapstick humor.
