i would've omitted Jason and Richard, mostly because soap-opera-ish storylines tend to get messy for a superhero franchise.

YES !!!! I don't want a mindless 2 hour action film with no character development BUT.... I am tired of these movies (spiderman) and tv shows (smallville) where the hero is nothing but a whiney *****, who cant get over the girl he loves but cant have her awwww, cause what might happen or blah blah blah

p.s. needless to say its not perfect but I liked SR
