The Avengers #110 (Apr. 1973):The Avengers find the X-Men unconscious inside the trashed X-Mansion. After an attack by dinosaurs controlled by Piper, Magneto appears, traps Thor, Black Panther, and Vision under boulders (who later manage to escape), and captures the other Avengers and the X-Men.
