Why doesn't this film have one?

Lets get some of the simple ones out of the way...

-Wolverine's "****in" cameo
-Rebecca Romijn "appearance"
-Little Storm
-The mention of "Lockheed" (It might of been for something government related, but it stood out to me hearing the name.

Others?

Little Cyke...

As Charles is testing out cerebro and Hank talks him into shaving his head but Charles replies "no touching of the hair".

And at the end when Charles jokes that next thing is he'll go bald.

Forgot about the mention of William Stryker. His dad's appearance, and the obvious bigotry that runs in the family about mutants is seen.

If 'outside' of X-Men references:

"You didn't ask, so I didn't tell."

During the Cerebro sequence, there's a kid reading a comic, and it's probably an X-Men book.

-The mention of "Lockheed" (It might of been for something government related, but it stood out to me hearing the name.
For all intents and purposes, it was definitely in reference to the US aircraft manufacturer, of course currently now known as Lockheed-Martin. I live in a city that's filled with government and defense corporations/bases and every time I've seen the movie and "Lockheed" is mentioned, I'd hear a few giggles here and there in the crowd..I must admit, I smirked a little when I heard it the first time as I too work on a US gov't base.

"Should we have to hide?"

Mystique to Beast in X-Men: First Class

"Because we shouldn't have to".

Mystique to Nightcrawler in X2

"You're right. We are the future"

Magneto to Shaw in First Class

"We are the future, Charles. Not them. They no longer matter"

In X1

"Want to press your luck, Charles? I don't think I can stop them all." - This quote from X1 suddenly becomes tragic with the knowledge of how Xavier is paralyzed.

Charles' pickup line is a modified version of the opening voiceover in X-Men 1.

At the end with Moira, he modifies a line from X-Men 1: "Anonymity is a mutant's first defense against the world's hostility".

The woman he tried to pick up in a bar. That was a mutant too ? She has different eye colors. Could she be Jason's mom ? Future Agent Stryker's wife ?

I'll be honest, I never suspected
cameo from Robecca Romeijn. That was jsut so awesome. However, my favorite cameo/easter egg by far is the Wolverine scene. It's just so awesome, lol.

It was hilarious and I found it awesome that his hairstyle totally reminded me of how Byrne would draw him.

Agreed! The haircut actually looked great, and it reminded me of Byrne days as well. I just love how calm the scene is.

He didn't even look at Charles or Erik, lol.

It was awesome.
I like that he didn't look back when they were there but did sort of seem curious and did peek around a bit once they were gone.
Classic Logan. :funny:

So true, lol!
I would love to see Wolverine be like that in his own film. just hardcore. Swearing fits the character so much, lol.

Lockheed in the film actually refers to Lockheed Martin, a company that developed jets for the military at the time of the film (Not sure if it had Martin at the time though). While it might seem like a reference to the little dragon, it's not.

Loved the Wolverine cameo, and the little Storm one. I also didn't expect Michael Ironside to be there. HAHA!

Ironside was a cool surprise.

But Wolverine's cameo was absolutely golden. Classic Wolverine in such a short line. Still can't believe they got away with what he said.

Classic Logan. :funny:

I just loved the placement of the shot. Before it even clicks that it's Wolverine, you just see his face, he's about to take a shot and says, "Go **** yourselves."

I was dying. :lmao: Definitely the funniest part of the film for me.

Comedic gold. The fact that Wolverine is the same he ever looked and Xavier and Erik being younger and remembering them back to McKellen and Stewart makes it even funnier.

It makes Logan's introduction to Xavier in his study in X1 funnier too. It's like he's been waiting for him in a way.

That one line was more Logan than anything he did in his own movie!

Wow, brilliant find!

It would have been known as just Lockheed at that time. Lockheed and Martin Marietta didn't merge until the 90s.
