Yep.Wasn't Beast in X2 originally supposed to turn into blue Beast when Cerebro was being used on the mutants at the end? Maybe they'll implement that idea somehow with however that was actually supposed to work.
X2 Beast was confirmed to be ignored from X3's inception. The fact that people want to reference literally 1 second is amazing.
If the X-Men can have realistic-looking holographic tech (that somehow physically attacks you) in the Danger Room, then it's not too crazy to think the technology exists for an image inducer.
SPOILER!
That does look something like the X-Jet , However when i saw plane crash all i could think of was when the Scott and Alex went down in a plane when they were children.

ERROL DOUGLAS STYLES TWILIGHT AND X-MEN ACTOR EDI GATHEGI'S HAIR
Celeb hairstylist Errol Douglas MBE recently welcomed actor Edi Gathegi to his Knightsbridge salon for a haircut.
The actor, who plays scary bad vampire Laurent in the Twilight movies, is in London filming X-Men: First Class, due for release in June 2011. Directed by Claudia Schiffer's husband Matthew Vaughn, Edi plays X-Man character Darwin, who has the power of reactive evolution, meaning he can immediately and automatically adapt to any situation or environment in order to survive.
Errol said, "Edis a lovely guy, he's got fantastic hair and likes it longer and beveled into a strong shape."

"Anyone for tennis?" asks January Jones
To the O2 in Greenwich for a spot of tennis at the ATP tournament on Monday night where we bumped into Mad Men actress January Jones who had dropped by to watch the Spaniard Rafa Nadal take on USA's Andy Roddick. Backstage at the Lacoste Lounge we chatted to the petite Mad Men actress, who had dashed over from the set of X Men 4: First Class 2011 where she is currently filming the role of frosty superhero White Queen Emily Frost. January tells us that working with director Matthew Vaughan is fun, but a departure from the slick ad world of Stirling Cooper Draper Price. "It's a different kind of filming process, like lots of fast shots. Not so much green screen work but just a different discipline to what I'm used to with the show," she told us. It seems the 1950s mentality has rubbed off on Jones - before popping down to catch the two men in action January asked pal and fellow X-Men star Rose Byrne if it would look unfeminine. "I cant take a beer out onto court with me can I? People will think Im a spokesperson for Corona!" Just before we started to wonder whether we were witnessing her inner Betty surface, she added, "Actually, on second thoughts, if they were to send me a free crate, so it might not all be that bad!" And we couldnt resist asking the Mad Men star for her favourite tennis outfit she does work on the most stylish show on television after all. Her verdict? Advantage to Nadal on the style front for his magenta and marigold sportswear combo, narrowly beating Roddick's checked classic tennis whites. Fitting really, January joined Kylie Minogue and her beau Andres Velencoso in the front row box to watch Nadal come back from a rather lacklustre start to give Roddick a thrashing.
